Whipped Cinnamon Pumpkin Butter

INGREDIENTS

1 cup butter, softened

1 tsp. cinnamon

¼ tsp. nutmeg

⅛ tsp. salt

½ cup pumpkin puree

¼ cup honey

1 tsp. vanilla







Temperature: NA


Time: 20 min.


Servings: 2 cups







Recipe

  1. In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the butter until light and fluffy.

  2. Add the spices, salt and 1 tablespoon of the pumpkin puree.

  3. Beat until very well combined.

  4. Continue beating, gradually adding the remaining pumpkin puree, about a tablespoon at a time, until completely incorporated.

  5. Add the honey and vanilla and beat until thick and fluffy, about 2 minutes.

  6. Serve or store in the fridge in an airtight container.

  7. Bring to room temperature before using it.
