Pan Release Cream

INGREDIENTS

1 cup flour

1 cup shortening

1 cup vegetable oil

Additional Equipment

Medium bowl

Mixer

Airtight container

Basting brush

Time: 10 minutes

Recipe

1. Place all ingredients in a medium bowl.

2. Mix until smooth and creamy.

3. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

4. When ready to use:

◦ Dip a basting brush into the mixture.

◦ Spread over the bottom and sides of the pan.
