INGREDIENTS
6 medium golden potatoes
1 minced garlic clove (or ¼ tsp. minced garlic if not using fresh)
6 tbsp. butter, divided, 2 in one container, 4 in another
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1 tsp. chicken tarragon
¾ tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
Temperature: Medium
Time: 40 min.

Recipe
Peel potatoes, and cut into cubes.
Put potatoes in a large saucepan, cover with water and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until tender.
While potatoes are cooking in a small skillet saute garlic in 2 tbsp butter until tender.
Add remaining butter and heat until all butter is melted.
Remove garlic butter from heat, set aside.
Drain potatoes and put into a large mixing bowl.
Add garlic mixture and remaining ingredients.
Mix until smooth.
