Fruit & Berry Ambrosia Salad

INGREDIENTS

2 lbs sweet cherries, pitted & halved

4 bananas, peeled, sliced & quartered

2 (15 oz) cans mandarin orange slices

2 (15 oz) cans fruit cocktail

2 (20 oz) cans crushed pineapple

2 (16 oz) bags mixed berries, defrosted

2 (8 oz) containers cool whip, refrigerated, not frozen

1 cup sour cream

1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk


















Temperature: Refrigerated


Time: 4 hours 20 min


Servings: A Large Serving Bowl



















Recipe

  1. In a large bowl, using a hand mixer, mix together, sour cream, cool whip & milk, until mixture is creamy and mixed through.

  2. Open the bag of mixed berries and cut any larger strawberries into smaller pieces, then add contents to bowl.

  3. Add cherries and bananas to bowl.

  4. Open and drain liquid from remaining canned ingredients before adding contents to bowl.

  5. Using a large serving spoon, stir until well mixed.

  6. Refrigerate at least four hours before serving.
