INGREDIENTS
1 (6 oz) box Berry Blue Jello
2 cups boiling water
1 cup pineapple juice
2 tbsp frozen lemonade concentrate
2 tbsp water
¼ cup or 1 (50 ml) bottle vodka
¼ cup or 1 (50 ml) bottle blue curaçao liqueur
¼ cup or 1 (50 ml) bottle white rum
nonstick cooking spray
whipped cream (optional for garnish)
18 maraschino cherries (optional for garnish)
18 mini cups with lids
medium sized drink pitcher
18 cup muffin tin

Recipe
Add the Jell-o to a medium-sized drink pitcher.
Pour in the boiling water and stir until dissolved.
Mix in remaining liquid ingredients and stir well
Place mini cups into muffin tin cups. (Muffin tin is used to prevent spills and refrigerator messes.)
Spray mini-cups with nonstick cooking spray.
Pour liquid equally between mini cups, have extra cups on hand because depending on how you pour them sometimes the number of shots it makes varies.
Refrigerate uncovered for 4 hours or until firm.
Add lids or garnish with whipped cream & cherries.
