INGREDIENTS
3 large ripe bananas
¾ cup sugar
1 egg
⅓ cup butter, melted
1 cup blueberries
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
1½ cups flour
Non-stick cooking spray
Temperature: 375°
Time: 20 - 25 min

Recipe
Preheat oven to 375°.
Spray a 12 cup muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray, set aside.
Mash bananas in a large mixing bowl.
Add sugar and egg, mix well.
Add butter and blueberries, mix well.
In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients, until well mixed.
Add dry ingredients to mix and mix well.
Pour mixture evenly into muffin in.
Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
